Jack shrugged, deciding to skip being a facetious smartass, “Nothing really...”
     “Nothing?”
     “I never really fought, skipped gym class... What did you expect, I was a secret martial artist with this physique? You think some other vampire was teaching me skills in their spare time?”
     “I just thought, since you knew Demetri...”
     “Umm he taught me to do this trick with a lighter...?”
     “Oh Demy. Teaching children to play with fire. How am I not surprised?”
In which one must learn trial by fire, but not real fire because you'd die.

     "Oh Vitus, you're not boring at all!" Jack said with a grin, as they scaled the rollercoaster.
     "Who said I was boring?"
     "Ummmm..."
     "It was everyone, wasn't it?"
     "Yeah, sorry."
