   Jack ran through the steps Vitus had told him again and again. Normally this sort of pressure would make him shake or sweat, now he could simply focus and it was just lingering self doubt that made him hesitate. Some of the physiological changes were merciful.
In which Jack passes with flying colors, or.. lovely gardens or something.
   Somehow the blood had gone to his head, and Jack staggered a bit to the window, staring blankly. Wasn't this room a few floors up?

     It felt good to have another furlough, and soon I will have Spring break! (woo) By the way, the sequel to Flowers in the Attic totally sucks so far. It's all pretty pretty ballerinas and oh boy all the boys just loveeee me whatever will I dooo? There was a fun scene of abrupt explosion of menstrual blood from said pretty pretty ballerina on stage, but that is hardly making the difference!
