(Kelly is back in his hospital bed / medical bondage, recovering from surgery. Chronic Pain has him full of metaphorical swords
and is offering praise to its unspeakable creator. Christopher is concerned at Kelly's appearance - he looks zonked and wrecked up.)
ANNOYING MACHINES: EEP EEP EEP EEP EEP EEP
CHRISTOPHER: Jeezis, u look tore up from the floor up.
KELLY: I admit I'm not doing so hot
CHRONIC PAIN: HAIL

(Now we see the world as Kelly is experiencing it, all morbid hallucigenia. Tubes dangle and drip above, stars blink in the air.
Christopher is weird monster with a blue forked tongue and clutching his left leg. Kelly is rotting and spiral-eyed, reaching out with his left arm as it decomposes and the hand sloughs off. A fish splashes in his exposed intestines, his right arm is impaled with
two spikes, and some unseen imps grip his right leg with four tiny hands. In the foreground a robot arm flips Kelly the bird.)
INTERTITLE: INSIDE THOSE BRAINZ ...
KELLY: Stop grabbin my leg man
CHRISTOPHER: Whut

(Back in the real world, Kelly abruptly and explosively vomits.)
KELLY: BBLEAARGGGH

(Kelly has recovered from hallucinating and seems relieved, but still exhausted and now vomit-flecked. Chronic Pain peeks over the edge of his leg, momentarily scared out of place by the torrent. His swords remain, though a few loosened. Chris gestures inquisitively.)
ANNOYING MACHINES: EEP EEP EEP EEP EEP
KELLY: I feel much better.
CHRISTOPHER: Still horrible tho?
KELLY: Very much so.
