Happy (belated as ever) birthday to Kelly! I made this for him. It looks OK at a glance, but it's infested with compositional issues. Also, I ordered four things for his birthday and not one has arrived. Seems I'm slippin' in my old age, 7 years up on the Kingfisher's main man.

The request from on high was that I break with tradition and not have myself die in the comic this time. I at least got that right, I think, unless there's a dead Chris hiding in there with all the tangents and tomfoolery.
